Returns & Exchanges

 At McLogan Supply Company, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please review our Return and Exchange Policy below.

1. Returns

When you receive your order please look it over carefully and make sure you received what you ordered. You may return an item for exchange or refund if the product arrives damaged. Returned items must be returned to McLogan Supply within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. To authorize a return, please email internet@mclogan.com.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
  • Items that are not eligible for return include: all equipment, personalized/customized products, screen burns, and roll products that have been slit. All sales on special orders and close outs are final.

2. Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team at internet@mclogan.com within 20 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Carefully package the item, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the order number on the package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining a copy of the tracking information for your records.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Should the customer return the item(s), the shipping charge we incurred to originally ship the order will be deducted from the refund.

Any cash transactions will refunded by a check within 7-10 business days. Customer must provide shipping address.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify in your request that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return and confirm its eligibility, we will ship the replacement item to you.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item is damaged or defective. Freights for products being returned are paid by customers. No CODs. Freights on wrong shipments will be paid by McLogan Supply.

6. Restocking Fee

Returns will incur a 20% re-stocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Should the customer return the item(s), the shipping charge we incurred to originally ship the order will be deducted from the refund.

7. Non-Refundable Items

All sales on special orders, promotions and closeouts are final. Additionally, all equipment is non-refundable. All personalized/customized products, screen burns, and roll products that have been slit are non-refundable.

By placing an order with McLogan Supply Company, you acknowledge and agree to all of our terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchange Policy outlined above.
